Fuengirola has much to offer in terms of beaches, restaurants and tapas bars, but most people come here for the weather. It is rare to have several days with rain, as Costa del Sol in general has more than 300 days with sun per year.

Fuengirolas new sushi bar has finally opened.

For some of us it’s been a long wait for the opening of the new sushi bar in the centre of Fuengirola ..near the end of April it finally happened and we’re thrilled. The menu looks really good.

We had some food there lunch time saturday. It was very nice and obviously freshly made.

They have seats and take-away, a la carte as well as ready-to-eat boxes ..easy to take to the beach.

Prices are reasonable and service excellent.

Local band Rosbushka playing at Teatro Las Lagunas

On Friday the 20th of November 2009 local band Rosbushka (from Mijas) is playing at Teatro Las Lagunas.

This band is influenced by several different styles from blues and the psychedelics of the 1960‘s, via the 1970′s punk to 90’s rock. It could be an interesting evening in the company of this unusual band.

The koncert starts at 21:00 and the price of a ticket is €5
